What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Account Executive on our Strategic Sales Team, you'll focus on growing sales, promoting our managed service offerings, and increasing awareness of our end-to-end solutions among New York advertisers and independent ad agencies. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact as we expand.

You will lead sales and client management for your portfolio, driving revenue through proactive selling of our comprehensive technology solutions to new business brands and agencies. Our platform boasts over 1 billion unique profiles, accessible across all channels and devices, verified by advanced measurement tools powered by data intelligence. You will ensure client satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional service and results.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Achieve fiscal and strategic goals
  • Develop and maintain connections with marketing agencies and brands
  • Manage sales forecasting and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with local Trading and Account Management teams to meet client objectives and coordinate project milestones
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal teams, adapting your style to influence outcomes positively
  • Identify business challenges that Nexxen solutions can address
  • Innovate and implement solutions for emerging and existing market needs

Please note: We operate on a hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days in the local office for collaboration and innovation.

What Will I Bring?

  • 6+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising, selling insertion order media and managed services to brands and independent ad agencies
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Understanding of the Adtech ecosystem including DSP, SSP, DMP, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, SEM platforms, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level clients
  • Established relationships with decision-makers at brands and agencies on the East Coast
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teams
  • Self-managed, process-oriented approach to sales
  • Team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, maintaining operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
  • Contribute positively to Nexxen’s culture
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

In support of pay transparency, the annual base salary range in New York is $120,000 - $140,000, plus potential incentives or bonuses. Actual compensation depends on factors like skills, experience, education, certifications, responsibilities, and location. Candidates in other locations will be offered pay ranges appropriate to those areas. We offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and holidays, with specifics varying by location and employment type.
