A rapidly growing Healthtech startup is seeking a proactive Head of Sales to lead initiatives in the Nephrology and Cardiology space. This role is fully remote, focusing on sourcing and closing deals with a well-established network of Doctors, aiming to improve patient outcomes while driving revenue. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales, particularly within healthcare, and a strong desire to work autonomously in a startup environment.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States and is 100% Remote.
Our client is a Healthtech startup that is growing quickly and expects to be profitable in 2025.
They are looking for a defactor Head of Sales / Hunter who can help them source and close agreements with Doctors' offices and Regional practices, specifically in the Nephrology and Cardiology space. In this role, you will be selling solutions (HW / SW) geared at improving patient outcomes while driving revenue for their practices. You will be the only salesperson at the company for now and need to be very comfortable operating in a hands-on, autonomous role, though you will work closely with the CEO to get up and running.
The company would be open to different compensation packages like Base + Commission, but would particularly be interested if you were open to a 100% commission model, where they would pay very aggressive commissions based on revenue generated.
