Job summary

Requirements
- Proven success in building key customer relationships, including key decision makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and increase revenue.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently and as an active team member.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, with the ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple decision makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales quotas.
- Aptitude and eagerness to develop deep senior-level relationships across customer organizations, with a proven track record working with companies of varying sizes and senior roles.
- Extensive experience as an Account Executive or in related SaaS sales roles preferred.
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
- Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
- Ability to build trust with clients and serve as an advisor.
- Proven ability to forecast sales and achieve targets monthly.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Deep understanding of the company's services and industry position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
- Remote work experience is a plus but not required.

- Designing solutions to meet the unique needs of small, mid-sized, and large businesses.
