Senior Account Executives on the Mid-Enterprise Sales team are responsible for selling to opportunities within Yext’s mid-sized clients. You are committed to winning and taking advantage of the customer base that could benefit from Yext’s product offering! What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop sales opportunities with Yext's mid-size corporate sales segment
  • Lead sophisticated sales-cycles often addressing C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while crafting satisfied customers
  • Promote the Yext vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives
  • Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
  • Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market strategy and build qualified target accounts
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.

What You Have

  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full sales life cycle experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience handling the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level
  • Track record of success in carrying a quota, closing Fortune 1000 deals
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience handling and closing complex sales cycles - proven ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.

Annual Base Pay Range

$63,900 - $132,000 USD
