Onward Search is seeking a highly organized Senior Account Executive focused on pharmaceutical medical education within our agency client. The role supports medical education programs from initiation to execution, serving as the primary client contact and collaborating with scientific, creative, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience.
• 3-5+ years supporting Medical Communications or Medical Education programs.
• Experience working on HCP-facing initiatives within a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency environment.
• Strong project management and client service skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day execution of medical education programs and deliverables.
• Coordinate timelines, status updates, meeting agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with internal scientific, editorial, creative, and project management teams to ensure work is delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, or opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing timely follow-up.
