Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group LLC, a leading flexographic and digital printing company, seeks a National Account Executive to drive revenue growth in labels and flexible packaging. You will develop multi-year relationships, identify opportunities, and manage key accounts with a strategic mindset.

The role requires a proven sales track record, deep packaging knowledge, and a strong ability to build partnerships with brand owners and manufacturers while leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in labels, flexible packaging, or related packaging sectors.
• Deep knowledge of packaging materials, printing technologies, substrates, adhesives, and application methods.
• Proven success in growing revenue, wallet share, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and engage new prospects through networking, events, and outbound outreach.
• Grow territory revenue through targeted sales activity aligned with commercial goals.
• Prepare quotes, terms, and proposals; negotiate pricing to close profitable deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
