Job summary

HUB International seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive to oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth & Platinum clients and lead renewal and new business initiatives.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with carrier partners to secure optimal terms while maintaining exceptional service. A Bachelor's degree and P&C license are required, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and research insurance needs.
• College degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of high-net-worth & Platinum personal lines clients and act as primary contact for complex needs.
• Lead renewal strategies with carrier negotiations and coverage analysis.
• Ensure exceptional client service and retention through proactive communication.
• Mentor junior account staff and develop new business opportunities.
