Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 Per Year

Level: Mid to Senior Level (Management)

A leading women's denim company is seeking a Senior Account Executive. The ideal candidate must be a strong seller with innovative ideas and experience selling to TJX, OFF Price, and Clubs. Responsibilities include merchandising, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and expand the business, building strong customer relationships, and working with upper management. This is an exciting opportunity with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Grow and maintain both new and existing accounts
  2. Experience with TJX, Clubs, and all tiers of distribution
  3. Analyze brand positioning and target new business opportunities
  4. Present collections to Buyers, Upper Management, and Product Development teams
  5. Develop and execute market strategies for each season in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  6. Coordinate with design teams on sales trends and customer needs
  7. Implement sales strategies to meet financial goals
  8. Partner with retailers to execute brand strategies and initiatives
  9. Create product assortment and line plans with merchandising teams according to schedule
Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in selling, merchandising, and building a licensed brand
  • Experience in selling Sportswear - Denim
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, knowledge of retail math
  • Proven sales leadership, preferably in dresses
  • Willingness to travel to accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Marketing, or Business
