Senior Account Executive - A.I. Platform for Financial Advisors - $400k Earners - REMOTE - $33 Million Series A

Bravado represents a privately-held AI-powered platform for financial advisors that was formed in 2021 and already manages more than $1.5 billion in assets.

This 60-employee, Series A firm ($33 million in total funding), which grew from $2 million to $10 million in ARR in 2024, is seeking Senior Account Executives to educate top-performing financial advisors about the benefits of its all-in-one offering. This is a remote role, although you must be located in a preferred metro area.

Role

* Individual contributor role, reporting to the CRO and working from your home office.

* $110k to $125k+ base salary, $200k to $250k+ On-Target Earnings (OTE). Uncapped compensation plan with accelerators.

* Comp plan includes company equity, best-in-class medical coverage, 401(k), parental leave, and mental health coverage.

* You must have 5+ years of experience in B2B quota-carrying roles; you will sell to financial advisors who manage a considerable book of business.

* Top earners cleared $400k in 2024, and you will close about $300 million AUM in a calendar year to reach that income level.

* If you have worked for a competitor (Farther, Range, Facet, Betterment, The Tifin Group, Ascensus, etc.) you’re on the top of our list.

Official Job Description

The Senior Account Executive is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth. This role will be responsible for closing the ever-increasing demand and helping us achieve our ambitious revenue growth targets.

You will be directly responsible for driving new revenue by bringing top-producing financial advisors (with an existing book of business) to join our company by effectively crafting and selling our value proposition.

This will involve a broad range of responsibilities including facilitating the sales process, understanding the nuances of a prospective financial advisor’s business and the value we can drive for them, crafting contracts to achieve business goals for all parties, and influencing the strategic direction of the company.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Bring top-producing financial advisors (with an existing book of business) to join the firm by effectively selling our value proposition.
  • Work with the SDR team to engage with prospective financial advisors (inbound and outbound) and qualify them to ensure they are a strong fit.
  • Manage and drive the sales process to ensure that prospects can understand our holistic value proposition and the impact it would have on their business.
  • Prepare for and run sales demos to showcase our technology platform, sales & marketing capabilities, and operational support to prospective financial advisors.
  • Leverage internal tools and ensure they are up-to-date based on your sales activity.
  • Prepare for and engage in regular business review discussions with the Leadership Team to share pipeline data, learnings, and next steps.

Must have

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in quota-carrying roles (3+ years as an Account Executive).
  • 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech startup.
  • Experience with deal sizes of $200k to $1M ARR.

Competitive salary and equity package — total annual compensation (base salary + quota-based commissions + equity) will be between $201,274 and $301,477.
