Martin Retail Group, a Publicis Groupe company, is seeking a Senior Account Executive for a remote role preferably in the Western United States with some travel. You will manage LMA advertising in key markets and collaborate with national brand teams to steward the brand across communications.

You will lead strategic plans, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure budgets and relationships are well managed, delivering targeted results for automotive clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years agency account management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proactive problem solving, strong written/oral communication, detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a small team and build relationships.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Good project management, strategic thinking, and initiative.
• Quick and adaptive learner.
• Experience building brands and retail advertising preferred.
• Creative, confident, and passionate.

Overview

We are currently in the market for a Senior Account Executive to join our team. This position is a remote position, preferably in the Western part of the United States, and will require some travel. This person will manage LMA advertising activity in key markets within the Region and partner with national brand teams in the stewardship of the brand throughout all communications.

Responsibilities

• Help to develop necessary strategic and tactical plans to ensure client/agency goal achievement
• Coordinator with centers of expertise regarding implementation of other marketing communications
• Track LMA budget/cash flow and manage monthly/annual budgets
• Present and communicate regional/LMA marketing needs and opportunities to members of the LMA, Chevrolet clients and Chevy Retail Group associates
• Coordinate integration of all marketing and communication disciplines
• Build and maintain professional relationships with the West Region team, Zone Chevrolet clients, LMA dealers, and the Chevy Retail Group corporate office

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum of a 4-year degree in a related field

Experience

• 4+ years agency account management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proactive problem solving skills, strong written/oral communication skills, and very detail oriented
• The ability to work within a small team environment and have proven relationship building skills
• Strong computer skills. In particular, must have competent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Good project manager and a strategic, big-picture thinker, and takes initiative
• Quick and adaptive learner
• Experience building brands and an understanding of retail advertising preferred
• Creative, confident, and passionate

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
