Senior Account Executive

Manages and grows client relationships, leads sales campaigns, and develops strategies to meet revenue goals. Key responsibilities include prospecting new business, negotiating contracts, creating proposals, overseeing cross‑functional business partners, and using CRM and sales tools to track progress. A bachelor’s degree, proven sales success, and strong communication and strategic skills are required. Knowledge of Clari, SFDC, Tableau and MEDDICC is a plus.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key and new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, lead pitches and proposals, and conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee cross‑functional teams and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer successes and overall account management success.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and rates to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Track progress, manage client budgets and billing, and provide detailed reports to leadership (Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven success as an account executive with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical proficiency: Expertise in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales‑management tools and ability to lead high‑level use‑case conversations.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry and market trends is crucial.

This position is a 50% Base 50% Commissions role and compensation is negotiable based on experience and knowledge.

The annual base pay for this position is: $131,200.00 - $196,800.00
