Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will act as a leader in driving new business activities at ProShop ERP. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversation rate, attending sales meetings to provide your progress updates, and researching industry trends. The Senior Account Executive operates at a higher level and is committed to following and achieving through the MEDDPICC sales methodology.

To be successful in this role, you should be adept at analyzing sales performance metrics and negotiating contracts, acting as the quarterback for your sales opportunities. As a Senior Account Executive, you demonstrate your excellent communication skills externally and internally, and have a strong track-record of collaboration and working cross-functionally to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from building the pipeline to closing deals
  • Strategically, thoughtfully, and pessimistically forecast prospects
  • Leverage objective systems and processes that are metrics-based to properly forecast and therefore create a significantly more mature objective
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Sales to fuel our growth strategy, while also having autonomy in the trajectory of our growth strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social selling
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and effectively qualify their fit for ProShop
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Take an overall professionalized metrics-based systematic methodical approach and strategies to sell higher ACV subscription products and services to key ICP industry targets and objectives
  • Implement the MEDDPICC sales approach
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements
  • Must be based in North America
  • 4-7 years of Sales Executive (or relevant role) experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, Hubspot is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of qualifying and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Experience and knowledge of ERP, MES, and MRP software systems
  • Experience with the manufacturing industry
  • Leadership experience is a plus
Salary Range

This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

US: $200,000 - $238,000 USD (includes base and commission)

Canada: $200,000 - $238,000 (includes base and commission)
