Compensation: Base Salary + Competitive, Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of business development—building client relationships, identifying staffing needs, and partnering with recruiters to deliver outstanding service.

  • Drive new business in the temp staffing space (Accounting, Finance, HR, Admin)
  • Manage client relationships from prospecting to fulfillment
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline and activities
  • Consistently exceed KPIs and revenue targets

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in temporary staffing sales
  • Strong network or proven ability to open new accounts
  • Industry knowledge in at least one vertical: Accounting, Finance, HR, or Admin
  • Self-motivation and accountability in a remote-first culture
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
