Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account leadership and client management.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior engagement lead on almost all accounts.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Take responsibility for account outcomes and profitability.
• Pitch high-level media such as national business desks and broadcast outlets.
• Oversee campaign performance and ensure alignment with client scope.
• Develop, mentor and manage team members; provide feedback and reviews.
• Drive organic growth and identify opportunities for existing client development.
