Qualifications

• 5-9+ years of account management, client services, or project management experience within an agency or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience managing external client relationships and executive-level communications.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and competing priorities.
• Team leadership or people management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, professional education, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and content programs from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage workflows across content, creative, marketing, production, and technical teams.
• Oversee review cycles, stakeholder approvals, and project milestones.
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
