About the Role
Provide administrative and customer support to the account team, ensuring quality standards and compliance, while independently managing moderately complex customer service issues and small accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Assist in directing daily activities of support staff and associates.
- Policy Management: Track expirations and ensure timely renewals.
- Task Processing: Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other policy-related tasks.
- Business Support: Conduct research, prepare submissions, evaluate coverages, and assist in binding policies.
- Contract Review: Ensure contracts include proper coverages.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor and act on delinquent accounts.
- System Maintenance: Maintain data accuracy in management systems.
- Activity Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of activities.
- Communication: Maintain transparent communication with the team.
- Service Excellence: Deliver proactive, responsive service.
- Policy Compliance: Stay updated on policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek best practices for performance enhancement.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service within the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
- Active licensing required; professional designation (CISR) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
