Senior Account Associate - Commercial Insurance - Select Business (Remote)

Join Insurance Office of America as a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Insurance - Select Business. This role is remote, based in Central or Mountain Time Zones, or out of California.

About the Role

Provide administrative and customer support to the account team, ensuring quality standards and compliance, while independently managing moderately complex customer service issues and small accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Assist in directing daily activities of support staff and associates.
  2. Policy Management: Track expirations and ensure timely renewals.
  3. Task Processing: Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other policy-related tasks.
  4. Business Support: Conduct research, prepare submissions, evaluate coverages, and assist in binding policies.
  5. Contract Review: Ensure contracts include proper coverages.
  6. Accounts Receivable: Monitor and act on delinquent accounts.
  7. System Maintenance: Maintain data accuracy in management systems.
  8. Activity Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of activities.
  9. Communication: Maintain transparent communication with the team.
  10. Service Excellence: Deliver proactive, responsive service.
  11. Policy Compliance: Stay updated on policies and procedures.
  12. Continuous Improvement: Seek best practices for performance enhancement.

Qualifications
