Title: Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines

Location: Florida Residents Only | Based out of Miami, FL | Book Focus: Condos, Construction

About the Role:

Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts. Work under the general direction of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer, ensuring production and quality standards are met while safeguarding against liability associated with errors and omissions. Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage small-sized accounts or those with the least complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of team support staff and account assistants.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and other policy-related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business processes, including client research, underwriting, and proposal presentation.
• Review contracts for proper coverage inclusion.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms for data accuracy.
• Ensure timely activity completion and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
• Seek continuous improvement and demonstrate integrity and leadership.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.
