Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts. Work under the guidance of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer to meet production and quality standards while minimizing liability. Independently resolve moderately complex customer service issues and manage small or less complex accounts.
