Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) for a field-based role in the US. You will educate providers and staff, support patient access, and address payer questions to integrate products into workflows.

You will coordinate across departments, manage policy changes, and stay current on local access landscapes while traveling up to 50% to meet customers and ensure program success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech (Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, and/or account management).
• 2+ years in a patient services practice support role for specialty products.
• Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and state Medicaid in the region.

Responsibilities

• Interact with large, complex accounts to support patient access and education.
• Address questions on ordering, payment, inventory, and returns.
• Support access with executives, providers, billing, and revenue cycle managers.
• Analyze and resolve reimbursement issues with third-party payers.
• Inform customers about patient support programs to start and stay on therapy.
