Job summary

Network Mountain LLC is seeking a Senior Service Technician with strong hands-on experience in commercial electronic security and access control. You will independently troubleshoot, service, program, and support access control systems in the field, on customer sites, with minimal supervision.

You should understand hardware and software aspects, work with project managers and engineers, and mentor junior technicians while delivering reliable system solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electronic security experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and service experience in access control.
• Ability to program and configure access control systems.
• Read wiring diagrams and technical drawings; travel and field work possible.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial access control systems.
• Diagnose issues with controllers, readers, power supplies, locks, and communications.
• Program and configure access control systems; perform upgrades and expansions.
• Document service work and provide guidance to junior technicians.
