Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior ABM Growth Marketing Manager to lead account‑based marketing initiatives across PTC's Aerospace & Defense vertical. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who can develop and execute highly personalized marketing programs that accelerate pipeline, expand customer relationships, and strengthen executive engagement within some of the world's leading aerospace, defense, space, aviation, shipbuilding, and government organizations. The ideal candidate understands how to align closely with enterprise sales teams, navigate complex buying groups, and deliver measurable business impact through data‑driven account‑based marketing strategies. This role will play a critical part in advancing PTC's Aerospace & Defense growth strategy by supporting strategic accounts and high‑value opportunities across our digital engineering portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Strategic ABM Programs: Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few account‑based marketing programs for a portfolio of strategic Aerospace & Defense accounts. Develop personalized campaigns leveraging digital advertising, executive content, direct mail, webinars, innovation workshops, executive briefings, customer events, and industry programs. Create account engagement plans tailored to customer priorities, digital transformation initiatives, and active opportunities.
  • Partner Closely with Sales: Serve as the primary marketing partner for assigned account teams. Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Business Development, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with account plans and revenue goals. Participate in account reviews, opportunity planning sessions, and strategic pipeline discussions. Help identify whitespace opportunities, expansion opportunities, and executive relationship‑building strategies.
  • Drive Pipeline Acceleration & Account Expansion: Support progression of strategic opportunities through the sales cycle. Engage target buying groups and key decision‑makers across engineering, manufacturing, quality, program management, sustainment, and executive leadership functions. Develop programs that increase account engagement, buying group coverage, and solution adoption. Align marketing investments to opportunities with the greatest growth potential.
  • Execute Executive Engagement Programs: Lead marketing support for executive engagement initiatives including Fast & Furious Executive Exchange, Innovation Days, Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Strategic Industry Events. Partner with Executive Advisors and Sales Leadership to create meaningful executive‑to‑executive engagement opportunities. Drive programs that foster trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Measure, Optimize & Report: Monitor campaign performance and business impact using Salesforce, 6sense, Eloqua, Qlik, and related platforms. Analyze account engagement, intent signals, buying group coverage, pipeline influence, and opportunity progression. Develop performance insights and recommendations to continuously improve results. Communicate program performance and business outcomes to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Manage Budget & Resources: Own ABM budget planning and allocation for assigned accounts and programs. Optimize investments across campaigns, executive experiences, paid media, events, and content initiatives. Ensure marketing spend aligns with growth objectives and delivers measurable ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on Account-Based Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing.
  • Proven success developing and executing ABM programs that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales organizations and complex, multi‑stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and account planning methodologies.
  • Experience managing executive engagement programs, customer events, and strategic account initiatives.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, 6sense, Qlik, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related marketing technologies.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Self‑motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrates a strong bias toward action.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing to Aerospace & Defense organizations, federal agencies, government contractors, or highly regulated industries.
  • Understanding of Digital Engineering, PLM, ALM, SLM, CAD, IoT, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Thread, or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Aerospace & Defense market trends, including digital transformation, modernization initiatives, compliance requirements, and product development challenges.
  • Experience working with executive‑level stakeholders within Global 2000 manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government organizations.
Compensation & Benefits
  • PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $86,000 - 121,000.
  • The salary range reflects a good‑faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus.
  • Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock.
  • Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
