Job summary

Royston Technologies LLC, a Houston-based technology consulting firm, seeks a Consultant with 5+ years in Audio Visual technology, A/V design, and project management. CTS or CTSD certification is preferred.

You will meet with clients to discover needs, manage projects from pre-sale to customer acceptance, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule. Responsibilities include presenting solutions, handling change orders, and ensuring high-quality client service from pre-sale

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Audio-Visual technology and design; experience project managing A/V implementations
• Knowledge of cable design and implementation; experience project managing cable implementations
• Project management experience in a technology setting
• Strong work ethic, plus a desire to continually learn and grow professionally
• Ability and desire to stay current with technological changes in the industry, keeping skills and knowledge level up to date
• Ability to handle deadline pressures and adapt to changes in project scope
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to discover their business challenges
• Present solution(s) to client based upon discovery meetings/discussions
• Manage assigned projects from pre-sale through implementation and customer acceptance
• Work with other client subcontractors to avoid conflict and keep overall project on schedule
• Meet the firm's specific targeted goals for billable hours per project
• Provide excellent customer service from pre-sale through implementation and customer acceptance
