Job summary

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a Level 3 Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Aircraft Mechanic based in the Northeast, White Plains, NY area. The role focuses on maintaining, inspecting, and overhauling Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has 5+ years in A&P, can read manuals, and is willing to travel for training and repairs across the U.S., Caribbean, and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an A&P Mechanic with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and install/repair components.

Responsibilities

• Perform all airframe and powerplant maintenance on turboprop fleet.
• Read, interpret, and apply technical manuals and instructions.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems with diagnostic tools.
• Maintain precise maintenance logs and comply with FAA regulations.
