Job summary

PHI Aviation, LLC in Houma, LA seeks a qualified Aircraft Mechanic (A&P) to perform airframe and engine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on multiple aircraft types in accordance with FAA regulations and PHI directives.

You will sign and certify on aircraft logs, RAMCO and other forms for work performed, and assist with clerical duties as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Possess a current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• Minimum 6 years Maintenance experience as a Certified Mechanic.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Familiarity with RAMCO and aircraft logs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft airframe and engine inspections, repairs and maintenance on multiple aircraft types.
• Sign and certify on aircraft logs, RAMCO and other pertinent forms for repairs performed.
• Maintain operating supplies and aircraft logbooks; manage RAMCO entries.
• Report AOGs and MELs to base maintenance managers and relevant desks.
• Log time against maintenance tasks and support launch, turnaround, and recovery duties.
