Are you an experienced aircraft mechanic looking to make a difference? PHI Health is seeking an A&P-licensed mechanic with 2+ years as a Certified Aircraft Mechanic to work on our helicopters.

Responsibilities Include
  1. Review and evaluate daily maintenance or inspection requirements and perform tasks to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
  2. Notify Lead Mechanic of unusual situations requiring schedule changes, aircraft modifications, additional manpower, or technical assistance.
  3. Maintain all aircraft at field bases, review stock levels, and requisition spares as needed. Ensure safety and security of all assets.
  4. Prepare reports, requisitions, inventories, and certify work on aircraft logs and inspection forms per FAA, manufacturer, and PHI Health standards.
  5. Comply with RAMCO entries, such as work packages and status sheets.
  6. Maintain communication with Lead Mechanic, AMBS, and other agents to ensure effective job completion.
  7. Manage parts inventory and recommend level adjustments.
  8. Maintain company-provided tools and ensure calibration schedules are followed.
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  1. High School diploma.
  2. FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
  3. At least 2 years of maintenance experience as a Certified Mechanic.
  4. Basic communication skills.
  5. Computer proficiency.
  6. Ability to pass pre-placement physical, including a functional capacity exam, drug screening, and background check.
  7. For Roving Maintenance Team members: sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting skills.
  8. Ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
  9. Availability to work night shifts as required.
Compensation and Benefits

Schedule/Location
  1. 7 & 7 schedule.
  2. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of the base.
  3. Travel between bases is required.
