flyExclusive is seeking an experienced Airframe and Powerplant Technician in Kinston, NC to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on our fleet. The role requires a valid FAA A&P license and strong mechanical aptitude, with a focus on safety and accuracy under pressure.

Formación

• Must hold FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, drawings and specs.
• Detail-oriented with strong workmanship.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Performs regular maintenance on aircraft.
• Project Management; accurately estimates work time and materials for assigned tasks.
• Analyzes blueprints, drawings, work orders and sketches to troubleshoot, repair and install parts.
• Ensures proper working condition of mechanical systems before flight.
• Maintains records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and reports.
• Inspects engines, wings, propellers, tails, and other parts for defects.
• Installs new parts or repairs defective/recalled parts; repairs sheet metal as needed.
• Performs tests to verify engine and system function.
• Identifies and resolves mechanical problems based on inspections or reports.
