Job summary

MROH in Jacksonville, FL seeks a licensed aircraft mechanic to identify, remove, and install components and perform engine servicing to FAA airworthiness standards.

You will read maintenance manuals, use hand tools, rig systems, and document work orders while following safety procedures and company SOPs. Candidates must have an A&P certificate and a HS diploma; experience with sheet metal and engines preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
• Airframe Familiarization (FAM) course certificates preferred.
• Experience with aircraft sheet metal, engines and FAA maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair aircraft and engines per FAA standards.
• Remove and replace components per documentation.
• Rig and adjust secondary systems.
• Read and apply maintenance manuals.
• Perform aircraft jacking and leveling as required.
• Prepare work orders and maintain records.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Communicate effectively with team.
