Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 4+ years deploying, integrating or supporting RF systems in real environments.
• Hands‑on experience with software‑defined radios (USRP, Epiq, or similar) and RF hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and partner integrations end to end: scoping deployment, configuring radios, timing and networking, installing OCUDU stack and dApps, and accepting the system.
• Plan and execute site visits: surveys, BOM, on-site install, OTA validation, and test event support.
• Bring up and troubleshoot deployed systems across RF front ends, SDR, O-RU, timing, fronthaul, and software stack.
• Capture RF data in the field (IQ, spectrum sweeps, link measurements) to validate performance and feed ML datasets.
• Reproduce field issues in the lab and document defects for the responsible engineer.
• Write and maintain deployment procedures, baselines, and runbooks for repeatable installs.
