Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Integrated Logistics (4PL) Senior Project Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will deliver small to mid-size projects across the full lifecycle, coordinating global and regional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will engage with customer and LSP stakeholders, manage risks, validate business requirements, and drive process improvements while adhering to FY standards. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management.
• 5-10 years of experience in Logistics, preferably with 3PL/4PL operations.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of end-to-end project management, including supply chain or IT implementations.
• Strong analytical and process skills; PM methodologies (Prince2, PMI PMBOK) preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium projects delivering on scope and standards.
• Lead implementation projects aligned with global and regional PM methodologies and risk controls.
• Provide management-level project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customer and LSP stakeholders regarding activities or delays.
• Monitor, report, and ensure progress across all aspects of the solution.
• Ensure effective resource coordination and project execution per FY standards.
• Ensure delivery within budget and on schedule, addressing deviations.
• Prepare documents throughout the lifecycle (Project Charter, BRD...).
• Manage activities for approved FY solution implementations across multiple countries.
• Assist in evaluating solutions and budgets for new customer implementations.
• Document end-to-end operational designs and ensure stakeholder approval.
