The Senior 3rd Shift Security Patrol Supervisor will oversee and execute the daily 3rd shift patrol operations while leading the part-time employees within the 3rd shift security group to provide for the safety and security of all guests, employees, and physical assets of Hershey Entertainment and Resorts.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Conduct security patrols and courier transports throughout the Company and respond to and provide aid in emergency situations.*
Supervise and oversee a team of 3rd Shift Security team members. Ensure each area has proper staffing and that all team members have proper training and documentation for each shift.*
Initiate emergency response measures by means of responding and reacting to unsafe conditions and emergency situations. Manage deployment of security personnel and equipment to provide effective and efficient operations during incidents.*
Assess, investigate, resolve, and contain situations, while taking appropriate actions based upon Company policy and procedures, as well as training.*
Monitor team member and guest activity while ensuring that all Company policies and procedures are being followed.*
Create timely, thorough, and accurate incident reports in an incident tracking system.*
Communicate regularly with Security Management regarding operational issues including team member or guest concerns, losses, and unusual situations and establish and maintain a good working relationship with other departments and support teams.*
Provide recognition and appreciation to team members.*
Perform and complete assigned tasks from management as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Industry Experience - Safety & Security, Amusement Park
18 years of age or older.
Completion of high school or GED
Must have a valid Drivers' License
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
