Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maximize equipment uptime across the plant. You will perform PMs, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues, and support installation and start-up of new equipment.

Qualifications include 5+ years in maintenance, experience with single and three-phase electrical systems, and proficiency with blueprints, Siemens or Fanuc CNC controls, and Allen Bradley PLCs. OSHA/EPA/NFPA compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated maintenance experience.
• Experience with single and three-phase electrical systems.
• Proficient reading blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Industrial maintenance or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and support safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Complete periodical and incidental machine maintenance in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer schedules and recommendations.
• Plan and implement corrective actions with management direction.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in good condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, minimizing downtime.
• Assist in quotation, purchasing, and inventory management of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Utilize designated tools and software to manage daily tasks and preventative/corrective maintenance.
• Support engineering and other department projects.
