You’ll perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, read blueprints, and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement. Requirements include a High School Diploma with trade training, 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial settings, PLC exposure, and a Maintenance/Industrial certification; Class

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with trade certificate in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• 5+ years in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance in a food manufacturing or industrial facility.
• Maintenance/Industrial certification.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics; PLC exposure.
• Class II Stationary Engineering license is a plus.
• Automation knowledge with PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard maintenance tools to perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
• Document work in CMMS and coordinate with peers for continuous improvement.
• Maintain equipment including pumps, valves, gearboxes, and mechanical systems; repair as needed.
• Operate forklifts and aerial lifts following production documentation.
• Uphold safety policies and ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000).
