Acushnet Company seeks a Senior Associate 3D Technical Designer to drive digital product creation across apparel, footwear, accessories, and hard goods. You will partner with Design, Technical Design and Product Creation to develop production‑ready 3D assets that support development, visualization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to design or digital modeling.
• 3+ years in product design or related disciplines.
• 2+ years designing, modeling, rendering assets in 3D apps.
• Experience creating photorealistic rendered assets.

Responsibilities

• Create production‑ready 3D models and rendered assets.
• Develop assets across apparel, footwear, accessories, hard goods.
• Expand and manage 3D asset libraries.
• Coordinate fabric digitization and garment fit analysis.
• Prepare assets for web, animation, and digital commerce.
