You thrive on multi-disciplinary challenges, own projects from design to release, and mentor others as you solve customer-centric problems that improve print quality and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ year post-graduate experience.
• Experience in test design where results impact product performance.
• Shipped a product or process to end users.
• Customer-focused with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Hands-on across disciplines to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Push the capabilities of our SLA & SLS 3D printing platforms.
• Architect 3D printing optimization methodologies for better performance.
• Drive root cause analysis across mechanics, fluids, software, chemistry, optics, electronics and customer behavior.
• Design efficient experiments to reveal underlying system behavior.
• Develop and commercialize solutions that improve customer print performance.
