Job summary

CesiumAstro in Austin, TX seeks a highly skilled 3D Motion Designer to produce web, social, and presentation content. You will own end-to-end 3D production, from modeling to compositing, translating complex engineering concepts into visually compelling visuals.

Collaborate with engineers and designers, establish modular assets, mentor juniors, and help shape our brand through technically precise storytelling. A strong portfolio and experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe suite are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Demonstrated end-to-end 3D production experience across modeling, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Strong portfolio or reel showing 3D animation, rendering, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own production of high-quality 3D animated content for web, social, press, events, and presentations.
• Lead creation of polished 3D sequences for marketing, product storytelling, and explainers.
• Manage full 3D production process including animation, lighting, materials, rendering, and compositing.
