Job summary

DisplayIt seeks a Senior 3D Technical Drafter to turn concepts into fabrication-ready shop drawings and documentation. Strong Microvellum expertise and cabinetry/millwork know-how are essential in this fast-paced shop environment.

You will create detailed 3D models, coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing, and ensure drawings meet standards and project schedules for successful fabrication and installation.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional drafting experience in millwork or cabinetry preferred.
• Proven Microvellum proficiency for cabinetry and millwork production.
• Ability to read architectural plans and translate them into shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, tolerances, and fabrication methods.
• Experience with CNC, laser, or similar fabrication equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop fabrication-ready shop drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Use Microvellum to model cabinetry and millwork for manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate project data, materials, and machining requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Prepare 3D models and production information for fabrication.
• Review designs for manufacturability and constructability.
• Support CNC processes with accurate machining data.
