Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly skilled 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team and support advanced manufacturing, data center, and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on bridging geospatial intelligence, master planning, and Civil 3D project delivery to establish the digital foundations for due diligence through detailed design.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with planners, engineers, surveyors, BIM/VDC professionals, and project teams to develop

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering, geomatics, or geospatial fields.
10+ years of civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery experience.
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D, Forma, ArcGIS, ACC, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of coordinate systems, survey data, georeferencing, and spatial data management.
Experience with site due diligence, feasibility studies, and master planning.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Civil 3D project environments, templates, standards, and data structures.
Configure and manage Civil 3D models, surfaces, alignments, corridors, and site development workflows.
Develop data-referenced Civil 3D environments enabling collaboration across disciplines.
Support integration between Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and related Autodesk platforms.
Mentor and provide technical support to engineering and design teams.
