Acushnet Company seeks a Senior Associate 3D Technical Designer to drive digital product creation across apparel, footwear, and hard goods. You will build production-ready 3D models and realistic renderings, collaborate with Design, Technical Design, and Product Creation, and expand our 3D asset libraries for multiple platforms.

You’ll optimize textures, UV maps, and materials, support garment fit analysis, and help establish 3D workflows and standards that accelerate development and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a digital design field.
• 3+ years in product design or related discipline.
• 2+ years designing and rendering assets in professional 3D apps.
• Advanced 3D design with multiple product categories.
• Experience creating photorealistic rendered assets.

Responsibilities

• Create production-ready 3D models and rendered assets.
• Expand and manage 3D asset libraries across product categories.
• Convert and optimize assets for multiple platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, and Product Creation teams.
• Drive standards, workflows, and best practices for 3D product creation.
