Job summary

Target in Minneapolis is seeking a skilled 3D Designer to lead the creation of compelling 3D content for product concepts. You will collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Brand teams, using 3D and AI-enabled workflows to explore ideas and deliver high-quality visuals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in 3D design, proficiency with industry tools, and a strong eye for storytelling, lighting, and materials.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Design or related field.
• 4+ years of 3D design, visualization, CGI, or related experience.
• Proficient with major 3D tools and rendering workflows.
• Experience using Gen AI design tools for ideation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality 3D assets and visualizations.
• Leverage Gen AI to explore, refine, and communicate concepts.
• Integrate Gen AI outputs with production-ready visualizations.
• Collaborate with product designers to prototype and iterate.
• Ensure outputs align with brand standards across channels.
