Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design, with AI‑focused digital design experience.

• Strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Experience in industrial markets is a plus but not required.

Job description

This role is an AI-focused Multimedia Designer who can efficiently and effectively support the visual communication of the B&W brand and offerings within an advanced AI-driven design environment.

This role is responsible for producing compelling and realistic visuals and creative designs for application within various digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is adept and highly skilled in AI generative image and video techniques as well as graphic design - transforming concepts into dynamic visuals with a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to deliver engaging work.

This role will join the Marketing team to grow the brand, acting as an integral part of a group focused on the development of visuals for promotional and technical material, digital and video under the supervision of the Multimedia & Design Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of development related to AI‑generative marketing assets:
  • Compelling custom images, sequences and videos for customer presentations and proposals
  • Impactful visuals for ads, infographics, presentations, event promotions, social media, web, print collateral and other marketing applications
• Implement AI design best practices, tools, and technologies to drive both effectiveness and efficiency
• Support the Multimedia and Design team with conventional design assistance (layout, image retouch, etc.) that conforms to company brand standards
• Manage and prioritize execution of multiple projects with shifting priorities in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment
• Work collaboratively and cross‑functionally with marketing personnel and other internal stakeholders
• Utilize and maintain file‑sharing solutions with vendors and internal cloud‑based systems
• Maintain excellent media management standards including organizing, importing and backing up media from all on‑site photo shoots and projects
• These duties are not meant to be all‑inclusive and other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years in graphic design, including three years minimum experience as an AI‑focused digital designer (Portfolio of work will be required that includes AI digital and graphic design projects)
• Three years experience and strong understanding of Autodesk Maya and Blender applications
• Three years experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Firefly and Photoshop
• Practical working knowledge and experience with MS Office applications and MS Copilot
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional
• Experience with engineering 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, AVEVA, etc.) and generative image model photography is a plus, but not required
• Must be efficient with proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a timely manner
• Creative and highly organized, with strong prioritization and time‑management skills
• Proactive, pragmatic and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Experience communicating concepts to senior management and non‑Marketing stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization while collaborating effectively with a diverse workforce and external vendors
• Exposure within industrial markets - Power Generation and/or Energy segments preferred but not required
