Oliver James USA is seeking an AVP to join our Claims team in New York. You will own a full 360 desk, lead senior client conversations and headhunt high-caliber talent across a busy permanent mandate pipeline.

You’ll work closely with client-facing consultants and a SVP, with hybrid work from our New York office. Relocation support is available for eligible UK citizens, and this role offers an earning potential aligned with market top performers.
