Qualifications

• Experience in SEN teaching (Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt lessons to various learning styles
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and resources around the student’s needs.
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions.
• Apply skills to raise pupils' confidence.
• Manage children with challenging behaviour.
• Track progress and provide monthly reports.
• Engage in outdoor activities to teach about plants and nature.
• Learn about visuals to communicate in some cases.
