  • Use strategies for supporting a wide range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more
  • Build trust and promote a positive learning experience through encouragement and consistency
  • Help pupils regain routine, confidence, and academic progress through small, achievable goals

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN, either in mainstream, special schools, or alternative settings
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science (up to GCSE level)
  • Ability to adapt teaching style to meet diverse learning needs

  • Good understanding of how SEN can affect learning, behaviour, and communication

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we can support)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and working with vulnerable learners
  • A passion for inclusive education and student-centred learning

Why Join TP Tutors?

  • £25–£32 per hour (PAYE – no umbrella deductions)
  • Local and flexible tutoring placements that match your availability and subject expertise
