Job summary

Google’s Raxium display group is advancing semiconductor materials and display technology in a state-of-the-art fab in Silicon Valley. The Wafer Fabrication Training Coordinator will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive technical training programs for semiconductor manufacturing, enabling operators and engineers to meet high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
• 1 year of experience with documentation in a semiconductor R&D or manufacturing role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage wafer fabrication training programs and certifications.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to update training materials with new equipment/process changes.
• Develop work instructions for new equipment/processes with focus on clean room protocols and wafer fab equipment.
• Ensure training aligns with ISO 9001/14001 standards and OSHA safety requirements.
