Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Electrical Journeyman to support electrical construction and tool hookup activities for semiconductor projects in North Phoenix, AZ. The role requires strong commercial or industrial electrical experience and preferred exposure to TSMC, semiconductor fab, cleanroom, or tool hookups.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a 5:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule. Paid at $40–$45 per hour, ASAP start date, and opportunity to contribute immediately with

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of electrical journeyman-level experience.
• Able to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor settings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support for active semiconductor construction projects.
• Support tool hookup installation, electrical tie-ins, equipment connections, and facility electrical work.
• Install and work with conduit, cable tray, wiring, panels, disconnects, grounding systems, and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and installation packages.
• Perform wire pulls, terminations, continuity checks, testing, and installation verification.
• Identify field issues and coordinate solutions with foremen, supervisors, engineers, and project teams.
• Follow NFPA 70E, LOTO, PPE, OSHA, and site-specific electrical safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate work records and support required inspection or quality documentation.
