Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Production Operator to join our client in Lowell, MA. You will operate manual and automated assembly and test equipment, perform quality checks, and help maintain safe, efficient production lines.

This 3‑month temp position offers 40 hours per week on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) with potential extension. DOE pay range is $21.00–$27.00 per hour, and a background/drug screen apply upon offer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with manual production equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment using a stand up microscope.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated assembly and test equipment.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure production goals are met safely.
• Set up production equipment in accordance with product specifications.
• Maintain production logs including material usage, output, and downtime.
• Monitor processes to ensure efficient and clean production areas.
• Assist in implementing process improvements with supervisors and team leads.
