Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking an integration test technician to contribute to yield in our power device manufacturing process. You will work on automated test equipment maintenance, calibration and disposition of wafers.

The role uses 12‑hour compressed day shifts (3 on/4 off pattern) and requires an AA degree in a technical field with 0–4 years semiconductor experience; strong mechanical or electrical aptitude in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• AA degree in a technical field; 0–4 years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Dependable with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude for cleanroom work.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day monitoring and corrective actions based on control charts.
• Maintain calibration standards and perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures and coordinate with engineering/ops.
• Disposition wafers based on engineering feedback.
• Identify improvement areas and modify measurement processes.
