Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain operations or semiconductor operations.
• Experience designing, implementing, or integrating cross-functional supply chain solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale implementations from design through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and transformation roadmap for Foundry's supply chain.
• Design end-to-end processes spanning demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and IT to align needs with scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities and establish best practices.
• Translate strategies into integrated capabilities, technology solutions, and roadmaps.
• Evaluate processes using service, cost, risk, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Establish architecture standards and governance for consistency and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Support enterprise transformation by identifying dependencies and risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor on modern supply chain architecture.
