Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to join our Reliability Operations team in Wilmington, MA. You will lead a team of operators, drive safety, quality, and cycle-time metrics, and collaborate with Reliability Engineering and Quality to ensure successful qualification execution.

You’ll oversee coaching, performance evaluations, and Lean continuous improvement activities in a fast-paced semiconductor lab environment, ensuring high-quality outputs and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Leadership of teams 6-8 employees.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Ability to balance people leadership with operational execution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Rel Ops personnel for executing reliability qualifications with the highest level of quality.
• Drive key operational metrics including safety, quality, and cycle time; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure successful qualification execution and customer support.
• Establish a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensure high quality output by managing team attendance, workload allocation, and adherence to procedures.
• Coach and develop team performance through regular feedback and evaluations.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Address processing-related issues and conduct formal employee performance evaluations.
