Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to manage the lifecycle of compliance cases across a major semiconductor facility. You will coordinate with Compliance, Construction Management, Project Management, and subcontractors to ensure issues are assigned, tracked, and resolved with appropriate evidence.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders, including audits and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years in compliance, construction administration, contracts, project controls, quality, risk management, or related.
• Experience managing corrective actions, investigations, or issue-management processes.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple issues across a complex program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project/document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a centralized compliance case management system.
• Maintain awareness of changes to compliance requirements and ensure affected cases are updated.
• Coordinate compliance cases involving general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors.
• Develop data and recurring reporting for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain case records to support audits.
